The sauce is really good but it’s just a touch too sweet. I recommend mixing it with lemon juice when making sticky chicken or even ribs. But I’m happy with the consistency and texture of the sauce, it’s very sticky and sticks well to the meat.

If you love a sweet sauce this is it . My daughters love it on burgers and I used it on some chicken pieces I grilled . For me the sweeteness is abit much so I balanced it out by adding freshly squeezed lemon 🍋 and mixing it together . It was great for sticky wings and I added some chilli flakes to give it abit of a sting aswell.
Something I would buy again because there’s different uses for it .
