A delicious, juicy roast steak to be enjoyed by all.

Ingredients

  • 1 large Sirloin Roast

  • 1/4 cup Your Choice Worcester Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped

  • Nou Gaan Ons Braai Braai Spice to taste

  • Mixed Herbs

  • Salt & Pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • Your Choice Meat Marinade

Directions

  • Inject the roast with Your Choice Worcester Sauce.
  • Rub with garlic and ginger.
  • Sprinkle with Nou Gaan Ons Braai Braai Spice.
  • Add mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the meat.
  • Let it sit for 24 hours.
  • When ready to cook, baste with Your Choice Meat Marinade.
  • Cook on the spit until done to your liking.
  • Baste the meat when needed.
