Ingredients
1 large Sirloin Roast
1/4 cup Your Choice Worcester Sauce
1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
Nou Gaan Ons Braai Braai Spice to taste
Mixed Herbs
Salt & Pepper
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Your Choice Meat Marinade
Directions
- Inject the roast with Your Choice Worcester Sauce.
- Rub with garlic and ginger.
- Sprinkle with Nou Gaan Ons Braai Braai Spice.
- Add mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and rub into the meat.
- Let it sit for 24 hours.
- When ready to cook, baste with Your Choice Meat Marinade.
- Cook on the spit until done to your liking.
- Baste the meat when needed.
