Directions
- Sprinkle rashers with the Nou Gaan Ons Braai Mama Afrika spice and rub into the meat.
- Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon over the rashers.
- Drizzle honey over the rashers and rub into the meat.
- Let it sit for at least 4 hours (up to 24 hours).
- Braai over hot coals.
